The ceramic Kamado Joe grill / bbq oven, a pioneer in the world of Kamado grills and also in innovation. The perfect size for backyard grilling on both low and high heat, as well as for smoking. The grill has a thick-walled heat-resistant ceramic body that locks in smoke and moisture at any temperature. The easy-opening dome has a counter-balanced 'Air Lift' hinge and a weatherproof/sealed 'Konrol Tower' top vent. The cooking rack is made of very high quality 304 stainless steel. The Big II also comes standard with a 'Divide & Conquer®' flexible cooking system, a multi-panel ceramic firebox, a reliable galvanised steel base frame on wheels and a patented pull-out ash tray for easy cleaning of the grill.
