Formerly known as the "This is It" rub.

This is it, or all purpose (AP) blend that should suit everyone and everything. The best of the best ingredients were sought to make this blend, and now it includes peppers from the warm Spanish interior, sea salt from the Mediterranean, chillies from Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, and real Szechuan pepper from Asia.

It all adds up to a very special mix.
