LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON CERAMIC PARTS
Kamado Joe's Limited Lifetime Warranty on ceramic parts (except pitstones and heat deflectors) is valid only if the grill is owned by the original purchaser, only if an official proof of purchase is presented, and only if the ceramic parts have not been used on other possible grills.
5-YEAR WARRANTY ON METAL PARTS
Kamado Joe's 5-year warranty applies to all metal and cast iron parts used in Kamado Joe's grills that have been owned by the same original owner.
3-YEAR WARRANTY ON HEAT REFLECTOR AND LACE TILE
Kamado Joe's 3-year warranty applies to heat deflectors, deflector frames and pizza stones used in Kamado Joe's on a grill that was owned by the same original owner.
1-YEAR WARRANTY ON THERMOMETER AND SEALS
Kamado Joe's 1-year warranty applies to the Kamado Joe thermometer and gaskets on a grill that has been owned by the same original owner.
WHEN DOES THE GUARANTEE START?
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product and only for the first purchaser of the device. Warranty
you must register your barbecue at www.kamadojoe.co.uk to be valid.
If a defect in material or workmanship is discovered during the applicable warranty period and is caused by normal use of the equipment, Kamado Joe will, at its option, replace or repair the defective component at its expense. The warranty does not cover labor or other costs associated with the service, repair or use of the grill. Kamado Joe will pay the cost of delivery of components replaced under warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product or damage resulting from the use of the product for other than its intended purpose, damage caused by improper use, maintenance or installation of the product, damage caused by accidents or natural disasters, damage caused by the installation of unauthorised accessories or modifications to the barbecue or damage caused by transport. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, spots) or changes in the appearance of the barbecue which do not affect its performance.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IT INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE COMPONENT WARRANTY PERIOD.

IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY, THE BUYER SHALL BE ENTITLED, SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS SET OUT IN THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS, ONLY TO REPLACEMENT OF THE COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL KAMADO JOE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

WHICH INVALIDATES THE GUARANTEE?
The warranty does not apply if you purchase any Kamado Joe product from an unauthorised dealer. Unauthorized resellers include, but are not limited to, discount clubs, shopping malls, or any other reseller not expressly authorized by Kamado Joe to sell Kamado Joe products.
